> Identify your personality type and its evolution over time.

> Get to know your interlocutors.

> Be able to identify the personality type of your interlocutors.

> Understand “miscommunications” and know how to resolve them.

TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS

> Have a simple and pragmatic toolbox to:

> Communicate better in all circumstances.

> Avoid misunderstandings, clashes and conflicts.

> Gain energy.

> Each participant is given their Personality Inventory.

AUDIENCE
> 6 to 12 participants 

> Anyone wishing to strengthen their direct or transversal communication, for more efficiency with their interlocutors;

> Prerequisites: Having answered  an online questionnaire, the confidential processing of which by computer makes it possible to establish the participant's personality inventory.

FORMAT

> Face-to-face:

2 days of on-site training during a study day (14 hours of theory and practice)

> Remote (video-conference):

4 sessions x 2h30 (10h) + 2h of guided exercises + 2h of group correction
